Healthy Dessert...?

So my friend and I decided to try out this place called Hui Lau Shan ( 許留山) — a chain of dessert shops based in Hong Kong, known mainly for their prominent use of mango in their dishes. We decided to order the Sago Duet initially because it looked aesthetically pleasing when we saw it on the menu, haha! Entering the shop, I could see the sign "Healthy Dessert" on the wall. I guess this is a way for dessert enthusiasts to convince themselves that the dessert that they're about to consume is healthy? Overall, we enjoyed the dessert but wouldn't finish it so we decided to pack it up and bring it home.
